Millitec’s Ultra-cut represents a major leap forward in cutting technology and it is the 1st ultrasonic sandwich cutting machine.  The machine uses a Teflon coated titanium blade vibrating 20,000 times a second to achieve the perfect cut.  A full kilowatt, about 1½ hp, of cutting energy is instantaneously available at the blade allowing the machine to effortlessly cut even the most difficult of products with no distortion or tearing.  With high speed gating the machine will operate at 60 sandwiches per minute and is adjustable, via the integrated touchscreen, up to 125mm in sandwich height.
